Whitening for Life is an exciting new program offered here at Dental Care Team, PC. We would love to whiten your teeth and keep them white for life at no extra charge to you. Here’s how it works for all of our New Patients: (This offer does expire 6 months from your initial visit with us).
- First, we would like to see you for a free initial exam and a free full series of x-rays
- Then once your teeth are cleaned and healthy, you will get a great discount on your initial whitening procedure. In office ZOOM Whitening is normally $498.00. With our program you will receive in office ZOOM Whitening for $298.00. Or, you can choose to do the take home whitening that is normally $298.00 for $94.00.
- We will custom make your whitening trays in office.
- If you keep your regular dental checkups 2 to 3 times yearly, we will be happy to supply you at each checkup appointment with a whitening touch-up syringe at NO cost to you!
Existing Patients-Existing patients that have already had whitening done in our practice and already have whitening trays will automatically be part of our exciting new program. If you come in 2 to 3 times yearly for your dental checkup appointment’s you will receive a whitening touch-up syringe at NO cost to you!
Existing Patients- Existing patients that have not already had whitening done in our office and would like to join our Free Whitening for Life program will receive $50 off (limited time offer) Zoom Whitening in addition to custom made whitening trays, one box of whitening gel and if you keep your regular dental checkups 2 to 3 times yearly, we will be happy to supply you at each checkup appointment with a whitening touch-up syringe at NO cost to you!
To be eligible for our Free Whitening for Life program you need to meet the following:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a healthy mouth
- Keep your recommended cleaning appointments
- All accounts must be current (no outstanding bills)
- Must have a good patient history with us and maintain it.
